Eagle Smiley is a great new 2022 release from the Dwarf Tomato Project!
Created using a cross between Dwarf Summertime Green and Mexico Midget and is the first release from the Teensy family of Dwarfs. The original cross was created by Dwarf Tomato Project Co-Founder Craig LeHoullier. Eagle Smiley was selected and named by Justin Sieglaff. Prolific plants produce intensely flavoured golden nuggets. Flavour combines tropical acidity and a rich sweetness similar to the classic Sungold tomato. Unlike Sungold Eagle Smiley is not a a hybrid but a stable Dwarf variety.
Can be grown outside as well as in a greenhouse

Growers Footnote 2022 - Eagle Smiley has been on of the stars of our tomato growing season. The flavour is exceptional and complex. We enjoyed their fruity acidity as they ripened as much as eating them over ripe with their intense sweetness. We let some of the upper side shoot on as these flowered and produced fruits too. Prolific!
