‘Linnaeus Heart’ is a USA origin, named after a famous Swedish botanist Carl von Linné, (Carolus Linnaeus in Latin). This variety is very popular in Russia, where it is widely cultivated. Tall growing wispy leaf plants with a good yield of beautiful, large chocolate-brown outside, heart-shaped fruits with juicy, purple-reddish flesh, and very few seeds. Excellent, sweet, and rich tomato flavour with smoky notes.
