Stony Brook Heart is a new 2022 Dwarf tomato project release. It originated from a cross by Craig LeHoullier using Wherokowhai and Speckled Roman. It was named and selected by contributor Gina McDermott.
The flavour is classic tomato with initial sweetness and a balanced finish. The dense flesh makes it perfect to either be eaten fresh or as a cooking tomato.
